Live Free Wellness is dedicated to providing women who have faced adversity with the necessary tools, inspiration, and hope to transform their pain into resilience.
My primary objective is to assist women in evolving past challenge, change or shifts in life to utilize that metamorphosis as an opportunity for joy.
I myself am a two time cancer survivor, now in remission. I choose to share my lessons with folks from all walks of life in the hopes that they too can turn their pain into their power.

I worked with Christine Elliott during our most recent fashion show that took place last September. We hosted a fashion show and shopping evening that was attended by over 250 guests at Dutch Grower’s Garden Centre, which is a lifestyle shopping facility that offers all things plants, fashion and home decor. This particular fashion show is put on in support of Choc’La Cure, which helps raise money for the Cancer Centre and included over 15 models who were either in remission or currently seeking cancer treatments in Saskatoon. Christine was an integral part of organizing these women as well as delivered an empowering speech, which included her personal experience with cancer. Not only was her speech incredibly brave, but she was also able to captivate the audience with moments of hope, positivity and humour. I particularly enjoyed working with Christine as she was very professional and easy to
communicate with and I certainly look forward to working with her again in the future.
